1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Axiom Realms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
Axiom Realms provides a virtual tabletop and AI-powered world-building platform for tabletop role-playing games. The service includes campaign management, character sheets, AI content generation, and real-time multiplayer features.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create within Axiom Realms. By publishing content to the community, you grant other users a non-exclusive licence to use that content in their campaigns. AI-generated content is provided for your use within the platform.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Axiom Realms to harass, abuse, or harm others. Content that violates the safety settings established by your campaign's Game Master may be moderated. Automated abuse of AI generation endpoints is prohibited.
5. SRD Content Attribution
Axiom Realms uses content from the System Reference Document 5.1 and 5.2 (revised as SRD 5.2.1) by Wizards of the Coast LLC, licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This SRD content has been modified and combined with original homebrew content; such modifications are not endorsed by Wizards of the Coast. Full attribution is in the repository NOTICE file. “Dungeons & Dragons” is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast; Axiom Realms is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time. Bolt-on credits do not expire. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Beta Service
Axiom Realms is currently in closed beta. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice, and may be unavailable or unstable from time to time. Where practicable, we will give advance notice before campaign or character data is reset or migrated, but we do not warrant continuity of any beta feature or dataset. Access to the beta may be limited, suspended, or withdrawn at our discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
Axiom Realms is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or AI-generated content that does not meet your expectations. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
